~ In 2020 certified as a Health and Wellness coach. I am officially certified with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches.

~Specialize in embodied stress reduction, attention, meditation, emotion regulation, caregiving, and embodied mindfulness training

~ Mom to three; two teen daughters and one young adult son with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome.

~ I have the skills and passion to coach, educate, and work with all adults and adolescents.

~I have personal and professional experience with special needs and caregiving as part of daily life.

~ I am keenly interested in and skilled to work with adolescents and adults to coach to arrive at and meet goals in all areas of their life.

~ In 1994 Educational Psychologist in Alberta and Saskatchewan for the next 26 years. I worked in rural school divisions, as well as private work with the Heartland Health District with individuals with autism.

~Special Education teacher in early 90's. I was fortunate to work with children, adolescents, and their families with challenges including neurodevelopmental difficulties, genetic differences, and many other special differences.
